Swell customer service back up & Easy install. They have great pricing. I get point in thunderstorms, with my previous company I didn't. I love how the remote control lights up every bit soon as you touch it. You can auto tune your whole night & day of shows. DVR included and many more than features that I didn't get with my previous company. I was with another company for 15+ years and this month they wouldn't give me a loyalty discount. I could non beget $115.99 a calendar month for TV service. Decided to try Dish and I'm glad I switched. I highly recommend Dish!

We have been quite surprised with the reception and quality of Service from Dish. What is really overnice is when nosotros accept a tempest Dish automatically switches from Hard disk to SD. Evidently the quality of the film is not up to Hard disk but we can still lookout the program. When we take had to speak with Dish the Client Service has been very good. Dish is significantly better than DIRECTV our previous provider.

The technician who set up our Dish was very knowledgeable and friendly. The technician really dug the ditch for the wiring to be undercover. Other companies fabricated us take the ditch dug before they got there. We also dear the fact that if our satellite goes out due to bad weather nosotros can however watch our recorded movies.

I've been happy with them for over 10 years. There's a skillful selection of channels and it's much less expensive than Comcast. The service doesn't get out and the remote makes information technology easy to navigate. I can likewise record more shows than I'd ever need to. I have a joey for the 2nd Tv and the box for that is really small.

From the sales pitch to the installation, Very informative and professional. We have had Other Satellite services, and differences are amazing. Instead of trying to Upsell and over accuse, DISH actually went to piece of work to find every possible discount (break) they could find. The salesperson even recommended a specific installer, Who I personally would recommend, this person went beyond his scope of installation, and made sure that we were not just satisfied, but informed on every feature, discount and every question was answered in particular. Who does this these days? But DISH. Our old Satellite provider (Direct Goggle box), upsells and makes promises that they conveniently forgot to put into writing, installed bad equipment (which they have had to replace at least v times because it was faulty), they had constant rate increases, AT&T owns DirecTV merely hasn't combined them with their billing, so you take to continue a search simply to pay a beak.
DISH TV IS THE ONLY COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND. They are a Premium Company that is priced for the boilerplate American family. I accept Nada complaints and nothing but High Praise and skillful things to say. They do not accept subconscious charges and a company that Seriously Is for the Customer. If y'all accept an issue with your services, They Will Fix It very promptly and to your satisfaction. GUARANTEED!

Customer of over 20 years basically paying for basic antenna service my bad. They raise without justification or warning and no Upgrade to the service. You call customer service if y'all can phone call it that. They shut service off without permission. For almost 70 a month you at to the lowest degree look to become one/2 of what Netflix offers. Nope. I can't expect to throw that unsightly satellite away!!!

I called a local Dish Network provider and discussed the different plans bachelor. Made information technology very clear that needed service provided for two TVs in 2 different rooms. Came to an agreement on a ii-year contract. Dish Network was installed very side by side morn. Everything looked like it worked bully. That dark when my roommate got home and tried to apply the Dish Network he was getting a message that was already in apply. Came to find that we could non both use the Dish Network from ii different TVs at the same time.
Next morning I called the provider and informed them of the problem non being able to use the network on both TVs at the same fourth dimension. The service rep told me very clearly that service only is immune for one Tv set to be used at a time. I over again informed her that I had requested service for 2 TVs in different rooms and expect to be able to use them both. Her response and I'm quoting her "did you ask if y'all could use them both at the same fourth dimension?" After several rounds of discussing this with the service rep information technology was very clear I was not getting anywhere. All their equipment was packed up and returned to them the side by side day and told them to cancel the service which is only the second twenty-four hours after I ordered information technology. They take at present turned the $574 pecker for the two-year service contract over to collection company and is affecting my credit score. Needless to say I would not ever consider using this company once more. David

We had DISH Network for 1 year and were paying $89.00 a month for the first 3 months then it jumped to $110.00. Needless to say nosotros dumped them simply upon calling to cancel was told me that we would have to pay over $200.00 disconnect fee. I stated our service was e'er spotty and no 1 has e'er addressed this and then spoke about the pricing increase and was told, "So what. You can not just disconnect service for those reasons." I was then told they would be drafting these disconnection fees from my menu on file without my permission. I told them I would not recommend they do this equally that is illegal. My advise would be to never use this service no matter what. They are horrible.
